UK Shaolin Xiu Center invited local Chinese and Shaolin culture lovers to celebrate the traditional Chinese holiday--the Mid-Autumn Festival, a grand Evening Party was held on September 15, 2016. Master Yanxiu, head of UK Shaolin Xiu Center and Master Guangde attended the celebration activities.

Nearly 600 people attended the Blessing Ceremony and listened to instructions given by the masters at Shaolin Xiu Center, and the celebration of the festival started at 10 a.m. and ended at 7:30 p.m.

The volunteers are prepared for the Mid-autumn Evening Party.

Futhermore, following the lead of Master Yanxiu, the Buddhist votaries and Shaolin culture lovers shared the mouth-watering delicacies together, and they also enjoyed the choreographed performance with cheers and laughter, such as lion dance, Shaolin Kungfu Show, the lantern riddles and so on, which made every overseas Chinese feel at home.(Editor: Chan Yue)
