It has been over 150 years since the first big parade was held in San Francisco, USA in Chinese New Year. The Big Parade consisting of more than 100 processions that come from various regions of USA is ranked as one of the biggest parade in the world. On February 23, 2013 (local time of San Francisco), dozens of students with different ages and different colors of skin from Shaolin Temple of San Francisco, Fremont Shaolin Temple of Silicon Valley, California and Shaolin Kungfu Class of the Medical College of Stanford University which is affiliated with Shaolin Temple USA led by their masters were invited to participate in the annual cultural gala to show splendid Shaolin Kungfu to millions of field audience, global television and cyber citizens.

In the past three years, the teachers and students from Shaolin Temple USA won praise of the audience and sponsor through their well-designed show, special Shaolin style, mighty lineup and splendid performance and they respectively had the honor to win silver award and gold award in 2011 and 2012. The teachers and students from Shaolin Temple USA brought out new shows every year which won the warm welcome of the audience. The videos spread widely on the Internet and became the netizens’ focus of attention.
