April 28, 2012 (8th day of the fourth lunar month of lunar calendar) is Buddha's Birthday day. At 1:00 pm, the Greek Shaolin Cultural Center was held the Buddha Bathing Assembly. The ceremony was headed by the Greek Shaolin Masters and was attended by students and buddhist followers, who came with pious heart to venerate buddha and perform the washing of baby Buddha Prince graciousness.

 

 

Venerable Masters offered incense and prostrated to the Buddha, and students and devotees, praised the Buddha chanting sutra and singing the hymn of Yufo. Soon afterwards, one by one took the ladle and poured scented water on buddhas shoulders to rinse defilement, purifying body and mind heart, acquiring merits and virtues.
